项目内容将：将22万吨/年以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸生产线改造成以液体硫

磺为原料的生产线。

拟采用技术：引进日本东洋工程公司的先进技术和从日本能源公司进口

液体硫磺。

估算投资总额：620万美元。

建议合作模式及出资比例：采用中外合资、合作经营、境外贷款或租赁设备的

形式均可。

现有条件：广东湛化企业集团公司现有员工3000人，中式程技术人员217人。厂区面积77万平方米，还

有盐场  及待开发滩途近1000公倾。公司有铁路专线七条，

进人公司的铁路股道五条。有比较完善的公用工程及附属设施，并有一强半的机模式机械维修队伍。

效益预测：年销售收人9320万元人民币，利润1000万元人民币，投资回收期6.5年。

ers including 217 engineering professionals. There are 770,000m" area,81,

600m"factory builings and 1,000ha.saltern & intertidal zone.And there are

7 spcial railways and 5 of them extending into the Group.A grooup of profes-

sionals repairing machinery.
