拟采用技术：引进部分关建设备，如10立方米和m立方米大功率框式
搅拌搪瓷反应锅、大型离心喷雾干燥系统及检验装置。
估算投资总额：600万美元
建议合作模式及出资比例：采用中外合资、合作经营方式或股权转让，出
资比例可具体协商。
现有条件：湛江外加剂厂是全国硷外加剂行业骨干生产企业，现有年产
钻石牌硷外加剂和油田化学外加剂1万吨的生产能力。该厂
拟提供场地和国内领先的工艺技术作为合作条件。
效益预测：年新增销售收Ai．27亿元人民币，新增利润1600万元人民
币，投资回收期5年。
